We'll be performing again on the Lanai at Le Guignol on Saturday, July 14, from 6-9 p.m. It has been awhile since our last performance and we can't wait to play! Nate has a couple of new instrumental solos to share with you. Hope we see you all there!

Happy New Year Everyone! Last year was incredibly eventful, and we are looking forward to another exciting year!
We'll be playing once again at Le Guignol French Restaurant on Saturday, February 4, from 6:00-9:00p.m. You'll enjoy a romantic evening of delightful french cuisine and mellow music with TWO in TIME.
The menu features classic and contemporary french cuisine prepared by Chef Ala Sutton, and the jazz-pop concoctions blended up by Katy and Nate, featuring tunes by the likes of Lennnon & McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Al Jareau, and the timeless music of the Great American Songbook.

This past Saturday, We had the most wonderful time performing for the West Honolulu Rotary Christmas Dinner. When we launched into our first song, you could hear a pin drop and all eyes were on us as we played. It was actually a bit unnerving, but the applause at the end of each song was totally gratifying. Thank you Rotarians for a peak experience!
We'll be performing once again at Le Guignol French Restuarant, this Saturday, December 17, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In addition to our usual blend of jazz and pop, we'll be featuring a special Christmas program. Come celebrate the holidays with us!

We'll be appearing once again at Le Guignol Fench Restaurant on March 26 & 27. If you have never been there, you must dine there soon. Le Guignol is a 2009/2010 'Ilima Award winner and was voted Hawaii’s Best French Restaurant by the Honolulu Advertiser for 2007-2008 and 2008-2009. The restaurant has an intimate bistro feel with a lanai overlooking the beautiful banyan trees of Thomas Square. Plus it's BYOB, so you can always have your favorite libation with your meal. We've starting performng occasionally at the Ground Floor once again. We had a great night this past Friday. Several of our musician friends stopped by to jam with us. Steve Min (of GeorgeStreet fame) played a couple of tunes, and he was soon joined by his son Alex...a chip off the old block! Paul Nakajo and Brian Ishii served up some classic Hawaiian songs. Later Brian, Steve, Cary Hayashikawa & Nate revived memories of the Nearly Famous Band with a collection of songs by the Beatles and CSN. We also had a number of musical friends in the audience who preferred to be listeners for the night. Thanks to Terry & Kay Oyama, Peter Augustin, Kevin Hirasa, Mark Tamashiro for stopping by. Special thanks to Dave Toma for letting us "fill in" for him now and then.
We've continued to develop and refine our smooth jazz groove with new arrangements of tunes by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Anita Baker, Grover Washington, Jr., Michael MacDonald, Corinne Bailey Rae, & Al Jarreau. We'll keep you posted on when we'll be performing again.

Well it looks like we passed the audition. We'll be appearing once again this Friday, February 22, from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm at Thai Sweet Basil Restaurant (formerly Donato's) in the Manoa Marketplace. We're beginning what we hope will be a long term engagement at Thai Sweet Basil Restaurant in the Manoa Marketplace. Along with our own special blend of acoustic jazz-soul-pop-R&B, you will enjoy delicious thai cuisine offered in a casual, but quietly elegant setting. We'll be there Fridays from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm on a semi-regular schedule. We'll keep you posted on performance dates and times.

We had a great end of the year party at the Ground Floor. It was a fantastic evening of seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Special guest artists included Dave Toma, Brian Ishii, Stan Ishii, Paul Nakajo and the Cary/Grant Project.
Earlier this month TWOinTIME performed at the Honolulu Police FCU Annual Dinner. Also performing was Kalapana. It was a thrill for us to meet the guys and share the spotlight with such a legendary band.

Great fun at the Ground Floor Halloween Bash. Special thanks to Donna & Garner for the Halloween decorations. Folks got into the spirit with some fun costumes. Thanks to Terry Oyama for once again sharing sharing his music with us.

We had a great time last night at the Ground Floor Last night. We had some guest artists in the house and they graciously agreed to perform a few tunes.
Terry Oyama, who was consistently at the top of the now defunct MP3.COM HawaiiCharts, played some his mellow music and so did Henry Makua and Greg Ravelo.

Starting April 12, We will be performing every Tuesday night at the Ground Floor Restaurant & Bar. Its located downtown in the Melim Building at 727 Richards Street. There's free parking, good food & drink, good music, and good fun. Hope to see you there soon.

It's finally complete. Our new project, "naked under covers" is finally available. Although it has taken us quite awhile, we are very happy with the results. We think you will enjoy it too.
Nate finally received his custom guitar which was ordered over a year ago. It is a Heritage 575 Custom Jazz Deluxe archtop guitar, which he has rarely put down since it's arrival.
We are looking at various performance opportunities, and we'll keep you posted.

We are continuing work on our new CD release entitled Naked Under Covers. Unfortunately, there have been some challenges with completing the project.
First,we ran into some problems with obtaining licensing rights for a couple songs we planned to include on the recording. So we've had to work on some new material.
We had planned to manufacture and distribute through MP3.com, but it was unexpectly sold, and subsequently shut down this month. So we are putting together new plans for manufacturing & production.
We hope to release the CD in Spring 2004.
